Paul C. Gundersen – President

In 2002, Paul launched FirstQuarter, Inc. an organization focused on helping clients improve performance through the effective use of technology. Paul is skilled in understanding business issues and applying project management and technology to business challenges so that business objectives are realized.

Much of his work has centered on delivering information to financial, sales, human resources and purchasing functions within various organizations worldwide. He has served in technology management and technology leadership roles at companies such as DuPont, Microsoft, and Cognos. Paul also served as Vice President of Corporate Services for Right Management Consultants and Chief Information Officer of Strategic Distribution during significant growth periods in each organization.

He has authored numerous whitepapers on business intelligence and data warehousing related topics. Paul holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University.
